Computer Scrolling Problems

Help my computer has started acting up lately.
When im not touching anything it jerks too much up and down.
If i use shift twise it just goes back to the last page i viewed and is very annoying right now im having troble writing this msg because of the jerking i canto anything the i have to do with scrolling Eg: games, Mircosoft word, exa .
Somone please help me.
