Shadows all over my computer

Hello,

so recently I noticed that I got shadows in my task bar, I thought it looked nice and left it there, but as I was using the computer and play some games, ive found that literally everything has shadows , as im writing this the words have shadows next to them, this is very annoying and not good for my eyes, it makes it harder to daily use the computer.

Ive tried many possible fixes on the internet but none of them worked, this happens when I enter windows (put password to log in), anything before that is ok.

Ive reinstalled graphics drivers, put all efects for best perfomance and none of it worked.

If you created a system restore point, you can restore it back to a time you had no shadows. If not, here is how to re-install windows 10 without losing any data.

I don't see the shadows. So that tells me it is in your display settings and you are the only one seeing the shadows.

Are you using the native resolution for your display? The native resolution for my display is 1600x900. And that is the resolution I have Windows set to. I also have scaling set to 100%.

Ive figured out the problem , it happened to be the vga cable , wich is kind of old, connected to my display, ive changed the port and now everything is as perfect as ever, anyways I appreciate your help and the time you've put into it, thank you and have a great day.
