Hey Guys, I have a problem with my Custom Built PC.

When I turn the Computer on, it goes through BIOS, and all the checkpoints, I have WIndows XP and Windows VIsta Dual Booted, and before it gets to the screen before it lets choose with OS I want to use, the screen stay black and won't do anything else. I also use 2 drives, an SATA drive and an IDE drive. Now when I stick my Windows XP disk in, and I go to setup, it only shows 1 drive, and that drive has 245MB total. Any ideas on whats going on?

This may be a video driver fault (probably refresh rate)

Go to Safe mode and remove the video driver from Device Manager

To get into Safe mode: repeatively press F8 on the computer startup
To get to Device Manager: Go to System-->Hardware in Control Panel.

In regards to your two drives not being seen
You can download Gparted to confirm.
Or re-confirm that all data wires are attached securely (does CMOS see the drives ?

To get into CMOS: you will notice a line like "Hit DEL (or other) key to enter setup" when the computer firsts turns on.
