Computer wont power up

I just bought all new parts to build an all new computer. Ive got everything hooked up correctly (as far as i know) and i go to turn it on and my luck, wont power up. The mobo light turns on and has power but my computer just wont boot. Any ideas?

Maybe you have a defective part Follow this link and read the first reply on the thread posted by "Kimsland"https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic109041.html. Then follow the link that says bench testing. I do not want to post the link as i do not want to presume ownership.
