Constant internet lag spikes

In the past few days, I have been having very regular internet lag spikes. This isn't very noticable while browsing online, but in multiplayer games it is very annoying. Every couple of seconds or so my ping will jump to around 300. I have done a scan on my computer with malwarebytes and microsoft security essentials.

I'm using windows 7 64 bit, and I am on a wired connection.
