Coolermaster GX 750 vs. Corsair TX 750 v2 - Which one is better for me?

I am going to be getting myself a new PSU.

I will be using the following system:

AMD Athlon II x2 240 @ 3.5GHz
MSI 785GM-E51
Kingston 9905458-011.A00LF 4 GB RAM @ 1000 MHz
HP 9800GT 1GB/later will be getting a hd 6950 2GB
IDE Benq ATA Device optical drive
Floppy reader
WDC WD10EARS-003BB1 HDD
Coolermaster HAF 932 Advanced (hopefully)
