CPU usage - 100% and deffered procedure calls - rouge

I have not been able to figure out what is going on ... my deffered procedure calls run rampant and over heat my machine ... if anybody would be willing to help me remove everything that should absolutely not be running when the system boots it would be greatly appreciated. System services, other apps, etc .... I am aware that outlook runs at boot. attatched is my log file.

It is some driver type program misbehaving. Try uninstalling the Sygate and then AVG - they are the most obvious culprits. If that doesn't help, look over your other programs - virtual CD-ROM drives, VPN, disk imaging apps all install their own drivers that might misbehave.
