Crash when installing new nforce3 driver

Hi, my pc just crashes when i try to install the latest drivers for my nforce 3 chip. Every time it gets to the part of the installation that starts the ethernet install it just resets the pc. What the hell is wrong with it?!?!? :hotbounce

I have all of the other drivers up to date but cant get this one to install as it keeps crashing.
