PC not doing what I want

So I have a acer pc, the problems are like water like: when started black screen for 20 minutes some times crash after 20 minutes windows starts normally or crashes when wanna select something or drag or right click on it it freezes on waiting mouse and does nothing except I can open other apps but cant close the frozen app even with alt + f4 and my pc only uses 6 gigs out of 8 gigs of ram, and 2 more I cant click the windows icon and it doesnt open and search bar unresponseable and wifi disconnects some times and when started too and vscode crashes. good luck with reading all that

AVAST is an anti malware program and you can download it too and boot scan your computer when you boot up.

If you reset your Windows 10 or 11, and start out fresh, you also may see an improvement. Be sure to mark down the pin codes for your programs so you can re install them.

There is no infection and also I found out that searchindexer.exe file is not in place sfc and DSM or som doesnt work for scan also it cant repair it and I dont wanna waste 2 days again for reseting and reinstall blah blah

Yall trying to make my mothers money go away right? Ram problem:motherboard need to change and all was a faulty windows installation
