crazy defrag

Im using the power defrag program to defrag my 160gb hard drive, Its ben going for 26 hourrs and counting and not even half way. Is this normal? Should I Shut down and use windows defrag?

Or is it just SO BAD I should let it fish so my compy will run faster?

What is the power defrag program? I would stop the defrag of your 160GB hard drive and use the native Windows defrag. If it takes much longer than 1 hour, you might have a problem with your hard drive itself
