Ctrl alt del menu missing!

When I ctrl-alt-del, the menu where you can usually view your processes etc... has completely disappeared! Any clues as to how I can fix this problem?

I downloaded AVG free virus scan and it made me be able to pull it up maybe that will work for you http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1

Removed caps.

Double-clicking on the border should bring back the tabs.

jxrock2006, it doesn't look like a virus problem and you really should fix your keyboard or simply stop posting.
