Detachable windows pc keyboard stopped working

My new windows tablet keyboard stopped responding without any obvious physical damage and when I checked through the device manager, it said the device was working properly so it doesn’t seem to be a software problem either, what should I do?

If it is wireless than you have to think batteries. If it is wired, you could try a different port or plug in a different keyboard to see if there is any change. it is possible for a keyboard to die, just like anything else electrical.

Sometimes updating the keyboard driver works so try updating it. If you have multiple ports, try changing the port. Also, check if the keyboard is not defective by connecting to other devices.
