Dimension 4600i

Hi I have a Dimension 4600i Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz 800fsb 512 ram xp and I wanted to know if the Dimension 4600i is good enough to have vista install or do I have to get another desktop

If this is the small form factor (thin) model, be sure you have extra cooling... The power supply is underpowered and an expensive proprietary system to replace.
I cannot think of a reason why you would want to upgrade to VISTA from the Dell install, based on the configuration

Trust me, you don't want Vista! The only thing that's good with vista is how it looks...if you want an new os then download WinBorg, it's an tweaked version of windows xp pro with sp2 and loads of other additional programs...
