directx.chm, I need it!

I'm doing some programming in Visual Basic, and trying to incorporate Direct X into it. Unfortunately, when I try to use the help feature, VB can't find the directx.chm file. I've been searching online for it all over, but cannot find it anywhere. Can anyone help me with this?
