Disc jammed between Xbox 360 drive

I seem to have a disc jammed behind the CD drive slot, has anyone faced this problem and solved it without opening up the CD drive?

I don't have an Xbox 360, but I have some general tips. Open the disc drive. Can you get the disc with tweezers or something?

taking it apart is not that hard, just youtube search it you can prob find the tolls round the house, (Unless its a slim, Slims are hard to take apart)
