Disc Problems

My game disc for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic seems to be damaged. I attempted to have it resurfaced but the results were the same. I know it's had problems before and when I cleaned it I might have cleaned on the center of the bottom of the disc. Is this part sensitive? And if that is the problem how might I correct it?

I believe i advised you to have the disk resurfaced about a week ago i think not sure though. Worked for me before.

Anyway how did you clean the disk?
It doesn't usually matter where you clean it, when you clean the disk you should just use a soft clean cloth and wipe it gently, you shouldn't use things like chemicals e.g. Polish or any other cleaning product.
If you have used a Chemical as i mentioned above then get a soft clean cloth and dampen the cloth a bit and then wipe it again to wipe any dirt off or chemicals.
If this doesn't work then have you tried this disk in another Computer.
