Does this sound normal

I turned on my pc about 30 mintues ago and it made this noise, file is in amr format if using realplayer you may need to download an update.

Have you got the recording in another format?
I tried to run it in RealOne and it said it needed to download an update to play it, then told me that there were no updates available!
