In the current site feed is a link to the utility Speed Fan. While listed as 2024 version it hasn't actually been updated since 2016 and has a lot of issues. It can't be set to auto start with Windows without a lot of fiddling and doesn't support a lot of current temp/speed monitoring chips. It simply doesn't work like it did before it was dropped and is currently a waste of disc space for the vast amount of users...

I can confirm this. Not sure why Techspot is claiming it's a version from 2024, but it's not. Version 4.52 is from June of 2016, more than 8 years ago and has not be updated since. The author's website isn't even functional anymore.
On that note, a currently updated and very useful fan control utility is "Fan Control".
