N nnmmss Oct 1, 2005 #1 Hi i am getting the Event Id:115 error in event viewer and after that Event ID 1001 (0x000000d1) which a dump file is created, i have attached it here. can anybody help me for understanding what this means? thanks

Your problem is caused by your antivirus firewall. mvstdi5x.sys Go and download the free version of AVG from HERE Then go and get the free Sygate firewall from HERE Once you have done that, disconnect from the internet, and uninstall your current antivirus programme. Reboot your computer, and install the firewall first, followed by the AVG programme. Reboot your computer again, and reconnect to the internet. Run the AVG update. Regards Howard :wave: :wave:
