dxdiag! help!!

can anyone tell me how to fix this? how can i enable these features? the brand of my computer is packard bell... i already downloaded the directx february 2006 version. so what's the problem? is my video card broken?

can we get your pc specs? or at least the model number for the machine...

if it uses onboard vga then it is possible that it wont have 3d support.. then you will need to install either an AGP or a PCI-E vid card (depending what your pc can take) to rectify this problem

Have you installed or reinstalled graphics card drivers?
