Edge browser and pdf bookmarking

I’m using technology more and real books less but am finding some big limitations compared with paper. While studying a pdf textbook I want to refer quickly to the answers as I work through a chapter. It’s tricky finding the right place in the answers section because the book was never written for this purpose. The problem boils down to using bookmarks. I’ve uninstalled Adobe Reader as the free version has no bookmarking function and using Foxit which enables this. Also, I’ve discovered that Edge in W10 will open pdfs so I’m using Edge to read the book and Foxit to access the answer page. Is there any way that I can bookmark a page in Edge as this would save time scrolling through to find the right chapter?
