Anyone claiming that "Free Speech" will be "restored" under Elon has already drunk the Kool-Aid.
Those that were screaming that certain accounts were being silenced in defiance of the First Amendment are now celebrating that those same accounts are being restored in defiance of the First Amendment. Neither of these things is the truth.
Get it through your thick skulls: The First Amendment does not apply to Twitter. It does not apply to any corporation. It applies only to the government. And in this case, the Unites States government. Twitter, facebook, Rumble, youtube, GAB, Gettr, TRUTH Social, Instagram, Spotify, you name the company, all have the right (and in certain cases the responsibility) to block anyone for any reason. You do NOT have a right to post ANYTHING on ANY social media platform. They all have AUPs and TOSes for a reason. It's to let you know that your use of their platform is at their discretion, and that ultimately you have no recourse if they choose to ban you.

Really? How did I miss that? Last I heard, he was waiting until he formed his "content moderation council" or something like that. I know Wests account was considered to be unfrozen. Who did he unban?
