Error code :0x000003e8

I got this error code from my Norton Antivirus 2007

I installed it from the net I have the link where I have downloaded it

subscription of 180 days

and now whenever I click(Wants to enable Auto Protect from the general options)It does not letting me do or keeps on redirecting me to LiveUpdate option

So have you asked Norton what it all means via their online tech support? that error code could be anything, but looks like a memory dump to me.

and after re starting my PC Norton gave me this error

and yes I have checked with Norton
