Error in deleting file

i am unable to delete this file what could be the reason?

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.

Now try deleting the file.

If that doesn`t help, try this utility HERE.

Trying the Safe Mode didn't help but other Utility worked. btw i forgot to notice the change in disk size!! And may i know y it was hard to delete it under normal operation?

As it reported, the file was in use. It is a music file, right?

yes it was music file but it was not being used as far as i knew.
