Error loading DLL

When pc boots up I receive a error loading C:/progra~1\mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll. Is this maybe caused from something I unistalled that didn't get completely unistalled ??

It's a component file of MyWebSearch. Re-install it from http://search.mywebsearch.com/mywebsearch/default.jhtml
