Error loading message on startup

What can I do to fix the following error that comes up every time I start my Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop running Vista:

error loading c:\ windows\ system32\pmnnLCtu .dll

try to remember what you uninstalled recently that references that .dll in the registry.

It is most likely you cant remember, as it is more probably a virus or trojan or spyware. Check out the Virus and malware removal forum on this site.
