So I'm having a problem that is only affecting my computer and no other computer in my network, I cannot exactly pinpoint when this problem started it has been going on for about 2 months now, and it was somewhere in between the time when I did a fresh install of windows 10 and installed sql server (but I have removed everything to do with SQL a few days ago).
In the event log I always get this exact same warning:
