Ethernet connection will not work without WiFi

As our LAN systems never need IPv6, another choice is to DISABLE IPv6
 
As that link discusses
ICMPv6 Multicast
you must not have disabled IPv6 correctly as ICMPv6 is only supported via IPv6.

No, we did everything correctly. We confirm that it was properly disabled with wireshark. This is a known problem with the CPU that Intel is well aware of and we called their tech department to confirm. We found the exact problem and the fix. I don't know why you're denying it. I'm pretty sure Intel is much more knowledgeable with their own equipment.

For those still listening, Post #29 above, third picture shows if/if not IPv6 is active.

It's also inconsistent to assert it IS disabled and then declare the fix is in ICMPv6.
I can only lead the reader to where the water is located....
