well no because thats real life, online is a wild west, nobody should care what you do unless you are threathening someone with genuine intentio to harm them or do somethng physical

Bull. The internet is NOT the wild-wild west, not even close. And, if you're taking money away from me by stealing my content, then yeah, I do care. And, I hate to tell you, but there are plenty of people who care if you steal stuff on the Internet. I'll refer you to the Metallica vs Napster lawsuit and the fact that YouTube and Facebook, for example, will not let you post copyrighted material to their sites.

No, it won't. You need to do some research on Napster and copyright law and see that it wasn't just corporations that were held accountable. Here's a couple examples;
