I get this error with the following information on a Windosw XP machine, this causes the login to lock up.

Failed to load driver i804PRT

This is the driver for PS/2 devices (both keyboard an mouse). An the "lock up" seems to happen because your keyboard/mouse don't work.

Why the driver doesn't load? Who knows..

As a workaround, try a USB keyboard and mouse.
