As the title says, I don't know why, but whenever I move my mouse on the desktop, my cpu usage jumps to around 20-25%, everytime. I don't have this problem when I open a windows, just on my desktop. I'm running windows 7. Anyways, this is puzzling and I don't know what I should do. BTW i'm overclocking if that means anything.
