Facebook stopped working

I hope this is the right place to ask this. For some reason out of the blue yesterday, Facebook stopped working correctly on my laptop. It will load texts, and the video previews, but no images. I know it is not settings with my FB account, because everything loads fine on my work PC. It must have something to do with my WiFi settings at my house, because the images will not load on my phone either when I am at home. Can anyone help and tell me what to do? I am completely "computer stupid", so please no technical terms. Step by step instructions would be extremely helpful. Thank you so much.

This happens when the connection is slow. Both PC and phone has got the same issue means the problem may be with the WiFi router or your internet connection provider.
You connection, is it unlimited or limited.
First connect the customer care service of your internet provide.
