Facing problem in starting CS 1.6 ?

Hey guys . i m facing one problem. Before uploading the drivers of Gigabyte (G41M-ES2L) , the cs 1.6 is working properly .As i uploaded the drivers for Gigabyte motherboard,the CS 1.6 shows the erros is that there is a problem in Hl.exe..
Can u give me the solution ?Plz..
