I know this has been all over the boards, but I cannot find a solution, I know there has to be one.
I have installed Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 for my son on my gaming machine (quad core 3.0 w/ 4gb Ram. I am running DX11 with an ATI 4850 (Windows 7). I have installed all the latest drivers (so that is not the problem) I have tried to force dx9 at startup (didn’t work), I have tried editing the option.txt (didn’t seem to work). I am not the most tech savvy guy, but this problem should not be happening. I way exceed all the hardware requirements for this software. This problem has been reported on this software before; by others…they seem to be having trouble with an old video card or bad drivers. Atari doesn’t seem to be monitoring their help forum…..Any ideas?
