Computer freezing

Hello,

I have an issue with my computer. There are stutters (FPS drops) occurring throughout the entire system (not just in games). Sometimes it freezes completely, leaving me unable to do anything, and I’m forced to shut it down manually.

Here’s the situation:

  • I installed new RAM, but the rest of the components were previously used by my cousin. Together, we connected the power supply and installed the RAM.
  • I updated the BIOS (the problem occurred before the update as well).
  • I updated the graphics card drivers (I tried both older patches and the latest version, but the issue remains the same).
  • Temperatures are fine.
  • I updated other drivers (CPU [AMD], etc.).
  • I checked the SSDs, and they are in good condition.
  • There are no viruses, as nothing was detected, and no suspicious files were downloaded.
  • I suspected Riot Vanguard might be the issue, but removing it didn’t help.
  • The problem occurs on every screen resolution.
  • The situation slightly changed after updating/reverting drivers, but the stutters never disappeared entirely (the issue lessened slightly).
I suspect the issue might be driver-related, but perhaps someone here has faced a similar problem and can help me resolve it. I’ve tried many things, but the results are not satisfactory. It’s frustrating to spend money on hardware and still face issues.

Best regards,

Update: sometimes pixels appear in cutouts, it gets worse when I have more things turned on and disappears when I turn on the player on, for example, the Max platform in full screen
