I forget exactly the name of the add on, I originally
started using it to do as the name implies - to clear
Private Data when I close the internet connection.
(Edit - not sure if it's an add on or where it comes from.
Just tried turning it off, can't even do that! ???)
BUT every time I close the internet connection,
a window opens where I have to click a box
to perform the operation. Getting awfully tired
of having to stop and do that before I can do
anything else.
Is there a way to set the things you want to close
and then it'll do it automatically without that
aggravating window?
(2nd Edit: Did a Search, found a tip site that shows
how. Go to Tools, Options, Privacy, then you can
select what you want to clear and whether or not
you want to be asked every time you close FF)
Why can't Windoze programs be more intuitive to
operate? Everything's gotta be a friggin mystery
unless you already know the entire path to scroll thru 20
windows to finally get to what you want to do!
Oughta be called Circles cuz that's what it always
does - runs a person in circles when you're trying
to figure something out! AFAIC this pretty much
sums it up! http://www.snopes.com/humor/jokes/autos.asp
Thx!
