Firewall suggestions

Which firewalls are supposed to be good? I'm looking for an efficient firewall, that doesn't eat up a lot of system resourses, this includes both free and commercial versions. I was thinking of picking up ZoneAlarm Pro, since it also includes antivirus and antispyware, but i'm already using AVG, which is better from what i hear.Any suggestions?

Name your OS,it makes a difference.
I'm useing XP Firewall.It's in The System Tools/Security Center.
It's not listed in Processes and memory useage.
I don't notice any Difference.
Invest in VCom Fix-it and thats all you need.
