Flash to flash

Can anyone help me with flash problem? I have created a flash animation on my macbook and then sent it to another guy who is running windows. But he cant watch it. Should I convert the swf file to something else?

SWF should be universal, so try that.

Swf didn't work. I had to convert it to mp4. Still dont have any idea why this happened.
