Amazon software not working

I don't know if it is the new Dell pc I bought or if it is Amazon to blame but I cannot download videos anymore and convert them to a different file type at the same time any more using ytd downloader and I cannot download music from my amazon music library to my computer application either. Is anyone else out there having this problem. I used two different wireless networks.

I think that when you buy a new computer you need to repurchase ytd. If you have paid for the software as opposed to using the free version ytd should give you support.

No, there is a management tool in the account to reset the software for use on a new computer.

If ytd support and Amazon can't advise you there may be other software that would do the job. YTD has rave reviews but there are always alternative choices out there, often with a free trial.

I've put in a ticket but Amazon has yet to respond, I guess it's the holidays. Up till a week ago I had great results. I think maybe you have to uninstall it from the other computer first before you reset it. I'll let you know.

I don't know what happened, but it works now. Didn't get a response or have to uninstall.

Well believe it or nor I am still wrong, sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. That means the fault is probably with the file on youtube.

It has to be with file itself because it will not import to Nero recode.

After all this time nothing about Amazon or YTD subscriptions work. Tried on different pc's and different networks.
