Frequent email messages

Hi everyone …I use a Norton antivirus.In the passed few days I keep getting messages that my antivirus is blocking email messages.The problem is that these messages come when I am on the Internet or even when I am doing something ofline with the Internet connection.I have tried Symentac Endpoint protection but to no avail. How can I get rid of this virus(my system also has PC tools spyware doctor)

When you have finished, paste the logs into your next reply.

Also, please clarify for me: are these incoming or outgoing emails? The comment you left sounds like they are outgoing- that you are sending the email and it could not be delivered.
