Frustrated with vista

ok so the local middle school was selling pretty new computers for some reason
picked up a dell optiplex 745 with vista in it for $100
only problem is they didnt clear any of the users of data on it
i managed to reset the administrators password on it but the BIOS still has a password and when i try to log on witht he reset administrators profile it says im not logging onto the right domain since it was hooked up to the schools network
anyone know how i can fix this?
if there is no way past this i wanna just throw linux onto it but i cant change the boot order in BIOS to boot from a CD

You could delete the boot record on the hard drive so that the machine fails to boot from HDD and goes to CD next, but this would only be a temporary solution.

Go to whoever sold you the thing and ask them for the BIOS password.
