Hi I recently acquired a defective GCN and am looking to fix it. It powers on fine and the fan runs fine but there is no menu and the disc doesn't spin. I took it apart and ran some tests with my working Gamecube parts but I can't figure out what the problem is. My guess is the Mobo.
Any Ideas on what it might be and what I can do about it?
