Garageband for Windows vista? (called Monaco)

HI, I was looking around on the internet about vista and I came across a program that may soon be released called Monaco. It is supposed to be the windows version of garageband, which I really like playing with when Im bored. I use other better programs for music makeing (acid and reason) but garageband is just organized nicely and has some semi-decent loops. anyway I didnt just post this to spread a rumor, I was wondering if this is actually true. If so:

was it released bundled with vista?
will it be a update for vista in the near future?
will it come in a pack, the way Ilife came out for mac's? (not a mac user!)

Please if you know any further info on it tell me. I am very interested in it. thanks alot! -Nick

I certainly don't see it in my copy of vista, and doubt I ever will(I don't think it will be a update). Maybe an add on program from MS, but then they'd charge a lot for it.
