Gigbyt GA-7VAXP probs w/install of Radion 9600 PRO & 8500 cds

New Gigabyte GA-7VAXP KT400 using Barton 2500+ & 512M @ 2700. Win98SE will not accept Radion drivers for either my 9600x128 Pro or 8500x64. Has anyone had similar problems?
 
do you have dx9 installed? cats 3.10 to 4.2 require DX9 to be installed beofre the drives will install.
 
Started w/new hard drive, installed win98se, installed dx8.1, then readion drivers. -------
Success --- :) I did not expect such FAST help. Guess I picked the best brain.... Chuck
