Good lord please help me!

Hello all! Please help me. My computer just got infected and it is driving me insane. I've been infection free for months and suddenly yesterday I am now getting pop ups, "critical system errors" and the windows toolbars and desktop are now stuck in classic view. My internet still works but I can't change my homepage from "about:blank"

Any help is greatly appreciated! Below is my Hijack This log. Please let me know what I can do!!!

Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment, only after doing the above.
