Good video card for low budget

What im trying to do is get my FPS and have high quality for games like BF2 and WoW ( World of Warcraft is good now but I would like to bump it up more )

I got $150-200 budget and I got PCI slot, what's a good card?

Opps, you have a good budget, but you're looking for an old PCI card.

Maybe you should consider getting a new 939 mobo, another CPU, and a cheap PCI express card.
