Google chrome extensions won't install

Everytime I try to add an extension to chrome here, I always get this error. Anyone know why/how I can fix it?

No its not lol. I just saw the use a poll option at the bottom and I have never tried it. Then forget the poll and actually answer my question.

I'd try uninstall/re-install chrome. If you want to save bookmarks, etc. first, google for the "how to"

If you have a gmail account you can backup your settings, bookmarks, passwords, and history. Uninstall Chrome after you have backed up your settings and delete the file in Program Files. Redownload and install. If that doesnt work, report back.

You can also use google drive for backup, It has about 25 gb space. you can store data online eaisly
