Google redirect (why only google?)

I have completed the 8 steps and still have a problem with google redirecting.
First appeared 2 days ago the only thing I remember changing was AVG Free 8.5 to 9.
I scanned with avg with no viruses,
downloaded webroot, scanned and found
App/PsExec-Gen
trojan.gen
Mal/Sinowa-A
fakealert.gen
Decided to remove IE8 at this point and install Firefox, this worked for maybe 10 minutes then back to redirects.
Scanned with Microsoft Malicious Tool and found another Trojan
Then followed the 8 steps (attached logs)
Still have the same problem with Google, not Yahoo or Bing?
I have attached a screenshot of an example redirect. At that point Webroot alerted me to
Mal/FakeAvJs-A
Mal/ObfJS-CM
Troj/PDFjs-Er
Troj/PrvCnt-Gen
When removed I can click on a google search twice before it re-directs, Yahoo & Bing I've tried about 20 times with no problem.
I would rather keep Google as default (plus I use a lot of Google tools) but why does this seem to only affect Google?
The logs wouldn't mean much to me, so any comments are welcome.
IE8 & 7, Firefow
XP Pro Media
Athlon 64 3700+
Sorry, I forgot, I've also had 3 blue screen errors this week.

bump, because I really need some help with this issue.
Why does this seem to be predominantly a Google problem? Unfortunately I cannot think of a way to contact Google because of the problem.
I cannot login to Google and look for any solutions there nor can I get into my analytics acc, webmaster tools, merchant acc etc.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
