I have a Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 6400+ 3.2 GHz Processor
4 GB Memory 32-bit system.
What would be a good $200 graphics card for me?

you may bottleneck a bit if you're in the $200 range, but I would recommend either a 9800GTX or 4850. GTX 260 and HD4870 might be a bit too much for the processor to keep up with but maybe not. if it's running 3.2Ghz stable it may be adequate.
