Gta sa restarts computer after 5mins or less

Hi,

I just installed GTA SA on my computer, i downloaded a no crash fix patch and
some car mods , and it keeps restarting after 5mins or less,
i have turned of automatic restarts but it still keeps happening.

i read in some forums that its a mini dump problem , and that there is a fix for it but i cannot download it for its from Microsoft and i have a pirated version of xp.(SSHHH)

i neeed help, this a great game and i want to play it!

my specs. are:

GeForce FX 5200

Abit NF7 S2G MotherBoard

AMD XP 2900+ 2.0GHz

1GB RAM

Win XP PRO SP2

80gb HD

i have some minidump files here, i cannot read them so if you could help please do, id be much obliged.

sorry for the double post.

fix the problem: i read in a forum that someone resolved this issue by turning there nvidia internal sound card accelerator off.

or by buying a new sound card and uninstalling there old sound drivers.

start> run> dxdiag> sound tab.

i also have a problem with the gamesave dir: when i try to save a game, it says "problem with your current save, please check you savegame dir". where is the savegame dir?

No, its practically a brand new PS', besides, Abit EQ says all voltages are in normal state.

the problem was my integrated nvidia soundcard driver, nvmcp.sys, driver was out dated.
